Natural Calm Plus Calcium features the same highly absorbable, water-soluble magnesium that is in Natural Calm, along with calcium and other ingredients to aid absorption. The formula is ideal for those who require a calcium supplement, but want to maintain a good calcium/magnesium balance.

It contains:
  • 325mg elemental magnesium per serving, sourced from the ocean’s rich mineral content.
  • Calcium, which is great for anyone who is not getting enough calcium in their diet.
  • Bioavailable forms of potassium and boron, as well as vitamin C and D, to help the absorption of the calcium and magnesium.

Ingredients

Calcium gluconate (a proprietary blend of citric acid and magnesium carbonate – which, in combination with water, creates ionic magnesium citrate), ascorbic acid, organic raspberry and lemon flavours, potassium citrate, organic stevia, vitamin D3 and boron citrate.

Does not contain:

•  Yeast, dairy, egg, soy, wheat, sugar, starch, preservatives or artificial colours or flavours.

Suggested use

Recommended intake:

Individual needs may vary. Start with one teaspoon daily (1g) and gradually increase to two teaspoons (4g) per day as needed. Can be taken with or without food.

Place the powder into a glass with a small amount of water (hot or cold), let it fizz, then stir until dissolved. Fill up the glass, (you can simply add to a full glass of water or water bottle).

Why Magnesium & Calcium?

Magnesium is an essential mineral and is needed for more than 300 biochemical reactions in the body, however, the majority of us are not getting adequate amounts.

This could be due to a number of factors including; the amount of magnesium required by the body is greater than the intake; fruits and vegetables may have lost mineral content over time due to soil depletion; or the magnesium supplement currently being taken is poorly absorbed by the body.

    This drink helped me through my stressful months! I remember as soon as I had the first sip, I could instantly feel the calming effect. It is fast-acting indeed! I would recommend adding half a teaspoon to your drink or smoothies. And increase the dose if needed. It’s a huge tub so it will probably last you for months!
