Available in both liquid and easy-to-chew softgels, Children’s DHA delivers 250 mg total omega-3s (softgels) and 530 mg total omega-3s (liquid). Arctic cod naturally contain significant levels of the omega-3 essential fatty acids, in particular DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). It also contains EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) as well as naturally occurring vitamins A and D. This formula provides an easy and effective way to ensure growing children (12 months+) get the DHA they need.
